A clinical trial is the important phase of research, where an upcoming drug is going to be tested on humans, and the different phases of this trial are carried out in a number of sites all over the world, both in order to have the results from different climatical conditions but also in order to have the right number of persons available for the test.

The ULTF 80 chest freezer
A -85°C chest freezer with 71 L capacity and a small footprint (55 x 64 cm) to fit into even the smallest site. The description of the ULTF 80 is in fact a summary of the things important for a clinical trial unit:

As an option, the unit can have pre-installed chart recorder and/or CO2 back-up-system, all units are delivered with full documentation of temperature stability and the set points can be pre-fixed, so that the staff using the freezer should do nothing else than to plug it in.
